All training plans are completely personalized to work around your life and are based upon your past training and your goals. They include everything from easy run distance, weekly volume goals and sessions with recoveries and target paces. The price for all training plans includes full details on how best to run all session days alongside extra information on things like fuelling and tapering which will help you in your journey towards your goals. You also have the opportunity to ask any questions that may arise after the plan has been set.
1 to 1 coaching is completely tailored to your life and goals on a weekly (and if necessary, daily) basis. A new, specific plan will be sent out each week with full details and advice on how to tackle each day. An introductory call plus further calls before goal races are also included, alongside constant communication through WhatsApp, where I will answer any questions or help tweak the plan to account for any last minute life commitments.
