I am a 2:15 marathon runner who recently started a YouTube channel with the aim of presenting my running journey in a way that's fun, interesting and provides value for people of all levels and experience.

Through this YouTube journey, I've been given the opportunity to coach a handful of athletes and help them to achieve their running goals and perform in ways that they never thought possible before.

My own journey has taught me many lessons, including the importance of structured, personalised training which is based on an athletes ability and training history. My approach combines many principles of endurance training which I have gained through my own personal experiences with elite athletes and coaches and will use these principles to help you unlock your full potential.

At Ryan Thomson Running I am committed to providing ongoing support and motivation. Through regular check-ins, detailed feedback, and continuous adjustments to your training plan, I will ensure that you stay on track and make consistent progress.

What I offer

I offer full 1 to 1 coaching where the training plan is updated and sent out weekly with the opportunity to remain in constant contact through WhatsApp and also to edit training live and in the moment.

I also offer fully personalised 12, 16 and 20 week training plans where all plans will be made from scratch by me to fit around your life, commitments and match your ability and race goals.

Whether you're looking to complete your local parkrun or smash your marathon PB, I would be delighted to support you in the pursuit of your goals and help you make meaningful progress toward success.
